Each AI sees only its folders

Each Connection is bound to the Workspace picked when it connects, and Folder access narrows it to named projects. A withheld file looks the same as one that does not exist.

Admins invite by email or share a Join Link. Turn on joining for your email domain, then approve each request or let people in at once. Seats keep the count.

Share with a Group

Admins keep Groups of members. Share a file or a folder with a Group once; whoever joins the Group later gets the same access, and anyone removed loses it.

Everyone keeps a Personal library

Each member switches between the team and their own library. Share with someone outside the team and they read it as a Guest, without taking a seat.
